The specialist in the vineyard
This territory, parcelled among hundred small properties with carefully selected vineyards, is spread on different hill slopes and is worked by the members of the Winery: they are real specialists, who take care of their few hectares of property. They constantly oversee their lands taking care of their vines one by one, they personally know each plant, like a family member.
A tangible evidence of this scrupulous care is the exclusive hand harvest (the only one able to select the best bunches) and the manual defoliation, a very expensive processing method in terms of working hours but fundamental to obtain great wines.
Alice Bel Colle Winery, born “to turn grapes into wine together“, was founded by the specialists and by the great act of dedication of their fathers.
