CLASSIC METHOD WITH ZERO DOSAGE
Single-variety Chardonnay that enhances the olfactory peculiarity that the territory bestows on the vine, blending it with hints of yeast and bread crust. Flavoursome, structured and pleasurably acidic due to the lack of dosage (added sugar).
Colour: straw-yellow with subtle, rich and persistent perlage
Aroma: fresh and persistent with aromas of dried fruit, yeast and bread crust
Taste: rich, savoury with good structure and a little acidity due to the lack of dosage
Alcohol content: 13,5 % vol
Serving temperature: 6 – 7 °C.
